University of Catania hosted the international meeting of EUNICE partnership from 6th to 7th June to discuss REUNICE’s next milestones

The University of Catania hosted, from 6th to 7th June in Sicily (Italy), the first international meeting of REUNICE, project which aims to boost research within EUNICE, the European University for Customised Education. More than 20 project managers gathered in this coordination meeting to discuss the next milestones approaching.

REUNICE project, funded by the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme, aims to promote cooperation between universities and other sectors, open science as a result of EUNICE researchers’ collaboration, excellence in education, research and innovation, foresting diversity, inclusiveness and gender equality, and finally, sustainable science for business and society, in line with current and future challenges of European Universities.

REUNICE wants to contribute to enhance the quality and competitiveness of the activities developed within EUNICE Alliance and development of a society based on knowledge and innovation, especially thanks to the solid network that is being developed among partner Universities -in addition to the University of Catania (Italy), Poznań University of Technology (Poland, project coordinator), Brandenburg University of Technology (Germany), University of Cantabria (Spain), University of Mons (Belgium), Polytechnic University of Hauts-de-France (France), and University of Vaasa (Finland)- industrial and commercial partners, as well as other social, cultural, artistic and sports stakeholders.

REUNICE project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 Research and Innovation Programme under grant agreement No. 101035813.
